Getting Organised !

Well with 2 wks to go thought I should check everything on my list .(yes I'm one of these people that has a list for everything)
So phoned to check transfers to airport are ok, e-mailed about transfers from Sanford to SSR appears to be ok though never had private car pick up before so praying this is ok E-mailed ABBF to order crib for DS 2 this appears to be ok. Phoned CM at WDW to check resevation & add requests for high chair & view of DTD etc & let them know we will be later in arriving in the hope that they will allocate our room & not give it away to earlier arrivals
Starting to pack !!!Its a nightmare DS 2 LIKES to HELP not !!! so taking 3 days just to pack flight bag
Can anyone think of anything else I should make sure I have done I'm usually pretty good at this but I think I have toddler brain & keep starting things but not completing them hence all the lists.Though went shopping for some bits & peices yesterday forgot list left it sitting on kitchen work top, also still working so if any pixies are out there would like to tell me how to get organised then please do !!
I have even got my green cards & white card already filled out just to add flight details, thought I'd better do as much of them as possible incase DS wants to help with this too, he's a busy boy

Always feel better when you know someone is less organised than you funny how the mind works.
Think its because we have a little one with us & the fact that he is normally very mobile that I feel anxious as normally I am not this bad, DH begs to differ he says I am always like this. Just like to know everything will be ok or if not, its not something I could have prevented.
Now 2yr olds tantrums might be something I will have to work on maybe have to supply all passangers in 6 row radius with ear plugs !! Although funny feeling if that does happen other passengers wont be laughing generally he is ace but not sure about small space with no room to run around .Well off to do somemore packing while he has nap !!

I think WDW resorts allocate their rooms and hold them for 24 hour,s in case of flight delays, so you should still be able to get your accommodation
Have you packed a few things to keep your DS busy? Some gummy sweets for him on the plane or some lollypops to help with take-off and landing? The usual toiletries (plus some hand wash laundry detergent) including some SPF and clothes in your cases and a spare set of clothes for your DS in your carry on just in case. Travel games or comics? Card games like snap are always good and cheap so if you lose them it's not an issue. Some sachets of Calpol or Nurofen or something similar in case of headaches in your carry on bag?
Our DS used to be awful for spilling stuff all over himself in fact he did it last summer at the airport Pepsi all down his lovely white shirt and I forgot to pack a spare T-shirt I had to rinse through the shirt and dry it under a hand dryer in the restroom Don't forget all your travel documents and passports and money.

ahhh the panic has set in I'm sure you have it all under control. I always have the 'have I forgot to do something?' moments as well. Have a fab trip and enjoy the fruits of all your planning!

well I have the day off before we go and when the house is empty I spend the day packing and thats it , helps to make sure the house is sorted before hand.

Usually do the info lists and luggage labels etc before hand will do those next week actually and catch up on any
