Getting nervous.....no Costco package yet!

We will be in DL 9/15-19 and we haven't received our package from Costco Travel yet.
And, I can't find on the tracking website, either.

When should I panic? We are actually leaving a few days before and driving down.

It should come any day now. I booked our last trip a few months in advance, and they wait until about 3 weeks before your arrival date to mail out your "goodies". Our Paradise Pier check-in date was May 5th, and the first delivery attempt (I was at work) was made on April 17th. You HAVE to be home to sign for it (probably because the park tickets and vouchers and everything are easily hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars). Luckily, I had the next day off work and was able to sign for it on their second attempt.

I think they mail it at 3 weeks out, so give it a couple more days. I'd call anyway just to be sure.

I got mine yesterday and we arrive 9/17. Did you call for your final payment? You can use your confirmation number on the UPS website in the reference number section to track the package.

We arrive 9/15 and I can't find the package on the UPS website
I'm on hold with them now to talk to someone and see what's up.

Okay, I was using the wrong number. We had booked two packages originally because we need 5 nights and they only book 4. We decided to just book the one night directly with the hotel and I was using the now useless number to check.

It should arrive tomorrow!

Keep in mind, you generally have to sign for the delivery.
