Getting married on the beach

We are going to Aulani September of 2025. My son and his fiance would like to get married on the beach. It will only be immediate family (there will be 14 of us). It doesn't have to be at Aulani - it could be any of the beaches in Oahu. They have a big reception planned when we get back so it's just their vows on the beach and getting some pictures. Has anyone here done vows on the beach? Are there any wedding planning services anyone would reccommend? Photographers anyone has used that they were happy with?

This question is timely and near to my heart because 30 years ago this week my husband and I got married on the Big Island!
We were so fortunate because the hotel we were staying at had a wedding planner who helped us do basically what you are describing for a fairly reasonable fee. They helped us find an officiant, secure a permit for the place to exchange vows, book a photographer and guided us on how to get a Hawaii State marriage license. We bought our own flowers at the farmers market the morning of the ceremony. We simply made reservations for the higher end restaurant at the hotel as our wedding dinner.

The basic items you need to make sure you have are:

My experience of having a basic wedding planner really made our wedding stress free, romantic and enjoyable. I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I was looking into renewing our vows and I came across a couple of hotel packages

I also think a wedding at Paradise Cove (basically next door to and walking distance from Aulani) would be incredible and I would be maybe start looking at Instagram for wedding there. There will be info or you could DM the accounts for more details. This is just the first website/blog that popped up in a google search but it gives you the idea of how lovely Paradise Cove is.
