Getting kids involved in dining plans...

My boys (17 and 14 now) have had the same requests for the last several trips--dinner at Whispering Canyon, Teppan Edo and NO character meals. We did end up at Tusker House for dinner last trip, just because I wanted to see the Jungle Book show and not stand in line. My older son doesn't like character meals (too old, he thinks), so he sat on the back side of the table and didn't get in the pics. It worked fine, and he did enjoy the 8 plates of food he had.

My kids were picky - one still is so I looked at menus and gave them a choice of restaurants that I knew had stuff they would like. I only let them choose 2 days per trip.
I let them do the choice first and then I did the rest.
It was just easier for me to choose most of the time.
