Getting from WL to AKL/BC

Hi everyone! I'm staying at the Wilderness Lodge next month, and I have 9:30 breakfast reservations at Boma and Cape May. I know Uber/Lyft would be the fastest but using Disney transportation, what's the best way to do this? Boat to MK and then grab a bus to AKL/BC? Or for AKL - bus to Animal Kingdom and then bus to AKL? For BC - maybe bus to DHS and then walk or boat? I've done both of these before coming from WL but it's been a while.

I definitely think bus to DHS and boat/walk to BC for Cape May. I would lean towards bus to AK and then to AKL for Boma. I love the boats to MK, but I feel like going from the boat dock t the bus stops can be very difficult in the mornings with just the amount of people unloading. I know it should not be any different than the other parks, but it feels like it is harder to maneuver to get to the buses there.

I agree with bus to DHS and then walk/boat to BC as well as bus to AK and bus to AKL.

If you get to DHS extra early, you could add the Skyliner as a means of transportation to BC, but walking will be fastest. Boat vs. Skyliner kind of depends on how soon the boat comes as well as how big the crowds are at CBR trying to get to Epcot at that time.

If you do plan to go from Wilderness Lodge to MK (whether to go to the park or to pick up a bus to someplace else), I found that the bus ride was shorter than the boat ride, and the buses came more frequently than the boat. I would only do the boat ride if I felt like riding on a boat. If I were interested in speed, I would take the bus.
