First off, I apologize because I'm sure this has been discussed SEVERAL times on here. So feel free to direct me to the right thread if need be. 
Now my question: my sisters and I are going to Disney World next week and are planning on going to the WWOHP on Wed. 8/11. We are staying at Saratoga Springs and are wondering how we should plan on getting to Universal. We looked a while ago and are most likely going to take the Mears shuttle bus rather than a cab.
Does anyone have experience with this? How does it all work? I think we found out you can just call a day or two ahead of time to "reserve" a shuttle and they'll pick you up from the resort (I know they might make a couple other stops as well). Is that generally how it works?
