Getting from WDW to Universal with toddlers

Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to get to Universal Studios with 2 toddlers? Do any of the cab companies have car seats?

Is the only option to rent a car and car seats?

I would hire a car service rather than use a cab. Tell the car service that you have youngsters who will need car seats. That shouldn't be an issue.
