Getting From Sanford Airport to WDW

Okay. We booked our tickets to Orland and it ends up rather than OIA it's sending us to Sanford Orlando which is 18 miles away. Any idea on a cheap way to get from the airport to WDW and back?

I went to the Sanford airport website and it tells of all the transportation to and from there. I emailed the companies and requested rates from taxi's, shuttles, and town car services. One town car was $140 (to universal) plus tip and the others were $150-160 plus tip. Coach usa (we rode in a van) was $40 round trip/adult to universal. Go to the site and email a bunch of places and within a few days you will get many responses.

We are flying into Sanford in November - never tried it before. We decided to rent a minivan from National (there are seven of us going this time!). Got a great rate using the old DC code and a DC coupon, total of $250 for 8 days, including taxes and fees.

One little hitch - we are getting in at 10:30 am, so that's no problem, but we don't fly out till 7:30 pm, and the rental agencies close at 5 pm! Our agreement says just see the agent when we pick up the van for drop off instructions, but if your flight were arriving late - that might be a problem!
