Getting from POR to CSR?

Hi!

I'll be staying at POR and need to meet a friend at CSR the morning I check out, so I will have a carry-on with me. What is my best bet for transportation? Are there taxis readily available? Can I take a boat to DTD and then a bus to CSR? Or should I do bus to DTD and bus to CSR?

Its easiest to take a taxi. Luggage isn't supposed to be allowed on the park busses.
