I used to have a chart that you could cross reference different points ie. hotels and parks and see what methods of travel you could take and about how long it would take. Anyone know where I can find that chart?

Specifically right now I am looking to find out how long I should allow for travel to get from the Beach Club to Fort Wilderness for the HDDR.

Thanks

Erin

I know the chart you are talking about but I don't know where to find it. So, take a bus to DTD and then a bus to FW. Once there take the internal bus to Pioneer Hall. Allow at least two hours travel time.

We stayed at the beach club and went to the HDDR..we took a cab 12 bucks and it was hassle free.

A cab is easy. If you don't want to spend the money on a cab...take the bus to MK, then the boat to Ft.W. The boat drops you off at the end of the path that leads to Pioneer Hall. I would allow about an hour to 90 mins...just to be safe...if you use the bus/boat method. I actually enjoy using the Disney transportation to various spots..especially the boats. But, I've been to WDW mulitiple times so speed isn't of the essence for me.

if you are going to the second or third show at HDDR. I know they suggest you get there about an hour to 45 mins before the shows start time. We did this and found out it was a huge mistake..all we did was wait around to get inside for the other show to get out. Unless you had young children who want to play on the playground or you have to have the picture taken outside I would suggest getting there about 20 to 15 minutes before hand.

There is a website called ourlaughingplace.com that gives you times & methods of travel. Just go to the website and search for transportation wizard. Hope this helps.

That's not a bad place to get an idea as to how to get around. BUT..it has a ton of out of date info there. Many have asked to have it updated, but it hasn't been. Most of the info seems to be okay, but some of it is downright wrong now...many changes have been made at WDW since that site was updated.
