Getting from Dolphin to Typhoon Lagoon?

I read in one of the guidebooks that to get from the Dolphin to Typhoon Lagoon, you should catch a Downtown Disney bus which will stop at TL. Is that right? What about early morning (9-10 am)?

When Typhoon Lagoon is open, the route goes as follows:

One hour prior to TL opening until noon:
Swan -> Dolphin -> Yacht -> Beach -> Boardwalk -> Typhoon Lagoon -> Marketplace -> Pleasure Island ->

After 12:00:

Marketplace -> Pleasure Island -> Typhoon Lagoon -> Swan -> Dolphin -> Yacht -> Beach -> Boardwalk ->
