Getting from Disney to Universal

Is there a cheap way to do this for an afternoon? I'd like to go to Universal Citywalk to use our Entertainment book coupons, but I'm not sure it would be worth it if its very far.

Probably not cost-effective if you don't have a car.
Cab would cost around $35 - $40 each way; town car about $50 r/t; Mears Shuttle @ $15 per person r/t (all need to be scheduled in advance, except the cab). Alternative is Lynx Bus from MK/TTC parking lot but extremely time-consuming.

Keep us in mind if you decide not to use your universal coupons while there. It looks like you are going right before us and I have been stalking the boards over the past 2-3 wks looking for any unused movie/meal coupons. If you don't use, we certainly wouldn't let the coupon go to waste.

I'm going to Disney later this year. Now that they have the luggage handling we won't get a car at the airport, so I need to find a good way to get to Universal. If you do decide to go to Universal could you post which mode of transportation you chose and if you would recommend it?
