Getting from Disney to CityWalk cheaply?

I am getting a FABULOUS discount at the Swan this summer and I have Annual passes for WDW, BUT I want to go over to CityWalk and possibly Tchoup Chop at RPH. Does anyone know the cheapest way to get from point to point ?

I tell most to rent the car. Yes, it costs more with the rental fee, gas, and parking, but the convenience makes up for it.

Otherwise you'll have to use a limo or cab. For that the best deal depends on how many are going. Mears is the onsite tour company of Disney, there are others advertised on this forum you can look up.
