Hello, quick update...
My name is Flav and I'd like to be in the same shape for my fourth family trip to WDW in April 2015 as on my first in 2009.
Still at 155 pound down from 158 pound and trying to achieve 148... Which is totally acceptable to me considering the Halloween factor!

But then I cooked a healthy dinner. And now I feel like I'm back on track today.

But I know what I need to improve on, I need to move more and make healthier food choices. So that's my goal for this next week, even with 4 days at Disney World starting on Sunday!
I'm going to allow 1-2 small indulgences each day, and I'm going to fit in intentional exercise. I'll do a trip report when I'm back, including dining details. My goal is to find healthy eats across the World!
