Oh minnie sue i hear you on the illness front and the effect it can have on your trip.
I too am heavier now than i was last year. I have found the only thing i can do to reduce my hips.. Well hips and butt and tummy is where at least 80% of my weight is .. Is either walk a lot or ride my exercise bike hard. And that is often very hard to do when i am sick..
The seats were horrible for me last time around too. I got up often just to stretch out and unsquish myself. I was lucky as we were close to the disabled loos and they had extra legroom to stretch out in...
My only advice is to take it day by day, stay positive and know that no matter what your goal or weight when you go, you are going to have a great time with your dd in the happiest place on earth.
