dh just cooked a batch of low fat cup cakes (as if they have them) and i am now onto #2.......just call me fatty fatty boom boom from now on, but that's how we pirates roll..and roll....and rollpirate:

I'm trying not to have any in the leadup, I resisted at Chadstone today, I also resisted the Nine West shoes (and handbag), you were in my head saying "Nine West Outlets" :laughing:

oh god......I'm so sorry.I have enough listening to myself let alone inflicting myself on others..the amount of drivel that rushes thru my brain at any given time is just overwhelming.

but yes, outlets are your friend...i cant shop here now, I spend all my time going "that is 70 % cheaper in the us"....my friends dont invite me shopping anymore:confused3

and you'll get this seasons stuff, not the crap they throw on the sale tables here that were in style in 2008.....

keep strong..you will be rewarded..oh, and take your space bags..you'll need them:rotfl:
 

I am back on board the fitness/weight loss train, after having seen photos of myself at my brother's wedding last weekend! it's scary how the weight has piled back on when I have not been exercising as much the past few months. So I went for a run once last week, and on Sunday, and I've lost so much fitness, a year ago I was running 2 hours at a time and now I am struggling to do half an hour. I will struggle in the city to surf this year! Also as of tomorrow I am back on the weight watchers points (the old version, I don't like the new pro points), it is the thing that has worked for me in the past.

Those cupcakes are so pretty - I wonder how they get their icing so perfect? I made cupcakes for my daughter's birthday on the weekend and the icing looked atrocious (however being pure butter and icing sugar it tasted great).

I think going through customs entering LAX they'll look at me strangely, I don't have many clothes to take, but i'll have a bag full of lollies :scared1:
We're not taking a full case for DS either, we'll be buying...BIG :laughing:

i hear you!!!!

i have a post-operative condition which means i throw up within 30 mins - an hour or two of eating and just to clarify, this is a bodily response and not a voluntary arrangement. i'm not bulimic, i have something called 'dumping syndrome'... it's so not fun... and yet even with not being able to stomach food, literally, and exercising, my weight hasn't even changed.

sometimes i hate my body :(
 
Bit of a blowout today, school holidays was going to do that :laughing:

Cadbury marvellous creations, I did only have the small one though, followed by a peppermint freddo then lunch of oven ready yumcha :scared1:

I'll go for a run tonight, it'll help...

First day back on weight watchers and I am hungry as I didn't eat enough protein for lunch - have had all my snacks for the day so am now onto microwaved frozen vegies to tide me over until dinner - can't crack on my first day!


And staying the same - it's better than going up (and up) - but it is frustrating when you've been working hard.
 
I got a "Have you lost weight?" from a colleague yesterday :banana: Yay!!! I think the binge habit might be breaking at last!!!
 
Weigh in tomorrow. Dunno how that will go as I've done a lot of running in a small period over the week but the big earthquake last night meant I've been eating sweet carbs to deal with the fatigue over having the family in the one room for the night.

stew again for me tonight...I am so tempted to get DH to get me red rooster on the way home from soccer training, but that extra $20 (and 700+ calories) can go along way to my trip fund.....

just paid for our garage conversion..looks great, kids move in this weekend..but my bank account is taking a battering this week.....garage, rego, cruise balance.......

so more stew for me:rotfl:

as for exercise..too damn cold.popcorn::
