I am getting excited about our upcoming trip the end of October. Up until now I have been "uncertain if we will be able to go" so i wasnt really planning much.
So my first decision is do we hit WWOHP first or do US, IOA then WWOHP?
We have 3 or 4 days in the parks. Arrival is Oct 30th, Monday Oct 31st is HHN and pool day, that leaves Tuesday -Thursday.
I was planning one day each park and one day for WWOHP section is that a good base plan.

Are you staying on or offsite

If offsite hit potter first. DA
The EE crowd would have moved on when the other park opens

Go early as many will be doing that also

If staying onsite do EE

If Kong and the Hulk are operating it might take some of
The morning crowds away from DA

On site Cabana Bay. I plan to do Universal for one day, IOA one day and Harry potter areas one day. Is that a good plan? and If so should I do HP at the beginning of the week or the end of the week?

Sounds like a solid plan

Since you are staying onsite, you can do the early entry which is one hour before park official opening

If on one day you are doing the 2 potter sections, you will need p2p tickets

Use the HE/ train to travel from one potter section to the other
