Getting DDE with an AP "pre-voucher" confirmation #

OK. This is stretching things a bit, but was wondering if anyone had ordered a DDE card even BEFORE the AP voucher came in the mail?? Using the confirmation# you received when your AP order was processed??
Just ordered the AP today and was trying to get a several weeks jump on DDE card w/o waiting for the actual AP vouchers to arrive.

I'd call and give it a try. If you bought your APs from Disney maybe you are in their system, that they will go ahead and issue the DDE. Doesn't hurt trying. Worst they can say is no, you have to wait.

Good advice and that's what I did. Answer was 'NO". The actual voucher # is required.
