Getting Correct Info From DCL

Hello Everyone: Just an FYI: My DH and I are booked on the 9/3/05 Magic. After checking a friend's website, I learned of the 4 staterooms that are cat. 6, but because of partial obstruction, they are considered a cat. 7 in terms of cost. When I called DCL tonight to inquire about reserving one of those 4 rooms, the CM I spoke with said that they were Cat. 5 staterooms! I didn't want to start a disagreement with her so I hung up and called DCL again. Got a different CM, asked about the availability of one of the 4 staterooms, and confirmed they are considered a cat. 6 but cost is for a cat. 7. We are now booked in 7620. Moral of the story is to be diligent about getting correct info. AND, thanks to my friend who provided the great info.

Believe it or not, I have actually run into DCL reps. who don't know about the secret porthole rooms!
You did the right thing...just call back until you get someone "in the know."
