Getting close to 180 days to Easter

What are the options for a great Easter Dinner -- either Buffet ot table service. I am thinking i will be at Epcot that day and may try the Beach Club Buffet if they have the same as previos year.

We are going to 1900 Park Fair for Easter Dinner.
No DDE discount - but we enjoy the dinner buffet and love to see Cindy and the Prince together.

We will also do 9 am Mass at the Contemporary - but skip Chef Mickeys.
Not sure about lunch.
