We usually arrive around 7 am to check-in. I never expect to have a room ready for us at that time. We usually keep our stuff in the car. When we find out that our room is ready, we return to the resort and DH pulls the car to guest check-in to unload and put the bags in our room.
Next time, I would like to unload the bags from the car and put it in storage. When we call to see if our room is ready, can we call the bell desk to move our bags from storage and into our rooms even though we are not physically in our room yet?
This will cut down on lag time of waiting for the bags to be in our room. Of course, this will not apply at OKW.
