Getting around WDW ??'s

I posted these questions the other day but didn't get much feedback.
Hoping some great Dis'ers can give me some help.

We leave in a week. Family of five staying at POR. No car.

1. Travelling from POR to Yacht Club and back to get a Illuminations Cruise at 8pm. I'm thinking of eating at DTD and taking WDW bus to Yacht Club but not sure the easiest, less expensive way of getting back to POR after Illuminations? Also, how long should I leave in schedule to get from POR, DTD, eat (probably Wolfgang Puck Express) then the Yacht Club?

2. Seaworld. We are spending one day at SW. Can I get to DTD early enough in the morning to catch the Lynx to get to SW for opening? How much time should I schedule to get from POR, DTD, Lynx stop, SW?

3. Golfing Day- The males in our group are golfing at OSprey Ridge one afternoon. I know that resort guests can recieve complimentary cab to/from the course. Can they get this cab from a Park? We will be at DHS for the morning and then dividing up.

hum good questions. Getting a cab is not going to be the issue because their are cab stand at Disney as well as Sea world. But with the amount of money you’re going to spend on cab's you might look in to renting a car for the money you are going to spend on the cab if you and ur hubby does not have a license as far as local transportation goes as a rule of thumb give yourself at less an hour 1/2 of comminuting time with stop and stuff.. I don't know if this helps but I hope it does just a little bit

Dealing with the Disney buses towards the end of the day from DTD can be quite a hassle. I would allot about an hour to get from DTD to the Yacht Club (note that the bus also picks up Swan, Dolphin, Beach, and Boardwalk guests).

All total, I would allot about a 45 minutes to get to DTD, another 90 minutes or so to eat (how fast do you eat?) and then another hour to get back to Yacht Club.

After IllumiNations, the faster way back to PoR would be to go out the front of Epcot and take the bus back to PoR. There are no direct resort to resort buses (unless they happen to be on the same loop), so you cannot get easily from any of the Epcot Resorts to PoR via bus.

I've not used this, but according to tripadvisor, the travel time from DTD to Sea World is about 20 minutes. I don't know that the buses run from PoR to DTD very early in the morning. Normally, i would allot another 45 minutes to get from PoR to DTD.

I don't know about from the park, but you can always have those party members walk or take the boat from DHS to YC, BC or BW and see if you get the taxi from there. Have your room key. This is probably something best to ask at the front desk when you check in to PoR to confirm this service and to confirm that you don't have to be at your resort to take advantage.
