Getting around from CBR to Floridian

Hi All. We are leaving for Disney on Saturday...Yeah!

We are staying at the CBR and my boys are signed up to do the Pirate Cruise on Wednesday. Does anyone know how hard or long it would take to get from CBR to the Grand Floridian?

Was it worth doing it?

i would take the MK bus to the MK then go on the resort Monorail to GF.

Thank You! I went to the sites you posted. I inputted my info and discovered that it would take 90 minutes to go through the process with the busses. I may reconsider doing this activity and just do a waterpark. At least the activity will run longer than the time travelling to and from.

Hi Denise,

Before you change your plans, I don't see how it would take 90 minutes. There are two easy ways to get therre:

1) As posted above, take a bus from CBR to the MK then get on the monorail to the GF. I'd say 45-60 minutes tops, possibly as little as 30 minutes if you arrive just as the bus/monorail arrives.

2) Take a taxi from CBR to GF. It will cost about $10-$15 but will take only about 15 minutes.

I agree with Bob, I don't think this would take 90 min., even under the worst circumstances (late busses,crowds at the momorails etc). I checked both of those sites and the laughing place one said 42 min., which sounds more in the ballpark but thay may even be stretching it. I wouldn't cancel the plans if it is something they really wanted to do. At the very least check with the CBR and see what they say about how ofter the busses are running for the time of year you are going. Have Fun!!!!
