Getting an upgrade / something special - who to call?

I know some special people who are going to Disney on their honeymoon in a few months, and I wanted to try and do something special for them. I wanted to call and try to get them upgraded, or just have Disney do something special in their room, etc. Anyone have any idea who I should call for something like this?

You need to call the main reservation number if you want an upgrade for their room or something. You would of course have to pay for it.

That's so kind of you to pay for an upgrade for them! As the PP suggests, just call the main ressie number for the room upgrade, and Disney Florist for something for their room.
