Getting a taxi/Lyft/Uber at closing

Hi all, I’m making my first trek to Disney World (from Australia) on my way to catch a cruise ship from Port Canaveral. I’ll be solo and staying offsite - not too far at Galleria Palms.

My day at Magic Kingdom is 8am - Midnight and I’m wondering about transportation at closing time. Is it easy to get a taxi (or Uber or Lyft)? I’m just worried about masses of people all vying for transport at the same time and getting stranded!

Super easy but there is a certain drop off and pu spot. You will go to the Transportation & Ticket Center.

Yeah, hop the monorail or boat to the TTC and you should be able to get something. I grabbed an Uber there at like 6am once. Might be worth making sure you have a few apps installed so you can pick and choose from a greater number of cars.

I would recommend walking to the Contemporary and getting a car there. Should have no problems.
