Getting a response from a guide

I'm not sure if I have a "bad" guide or not. We decided to look into DVC again maybe a month or so ago. I actualy did the online chat thing on the disney.com website and they refered me to "our" guide who was the some one that we toured with three years ago. Since then, I have had a hard time getting ahold of her. probaly about 75% of the time I get her voicemail. She never returns my call. When I call back after waiting I get the "I was just going to call you" line. And then it seems like she is always rushing to do a tour.

My frustration is also compounded by the fact that she gave us the wrong use year in our origional paperwork. It then took two days of calling to get it squared away. I was supposed to get the revised paperwork last week but it never arrived. I called her yesterday but never received a call back... but the revised paperwork did arrive yesterday.

OK, so am I being over sensitive? I know these guides are probably very busy but I would think closing a sale would be a priority for them. Also, am I "stuck" with her for my future dealings?

Thanks
Ty

I would fininsh up the current transaction, and then if you decide to add more poits through Disney in the future, call the general sales number and ask for a supervisor. Explain you were unhappy with the service you received, and ask to be assigned to a new guide.

Definately finish up the transaction and then if you need a guide again for any reason just ask to deal with someone else. My guide is great it has never taken him longer that 2 hours to return my calls even if I'm just calling with a silly question. He's even returned my calls on his days off:confused3.

Chang guides! My guide always gets back to me within a few hours. If he is out of the office and unavailable he states it on his voice mail WITH an extension of who to contact in his absence!
