I know they happily provide this but I forgot where to email to ask?
If anyone knows what brand of chocolate (or if it’s all made in house), they use for the sipping chocolates from the America booth fir Festival of the Arts, I’d greatly appreciate it.

it’s amazing!

Unless they've changed again, they stopped giving out recipes a few years ago. When I went in January 2019 we asked at a couple restaurants and were told they would no longer give out recipes. I thought maybe it was just that restaurant or two, but by the time the 3rd one happened I decided to ask a manager why. She said that it came down from the powers that be due to 'legal reasons'. If I remember correctly she said it was a change only a few months earlier. It's possible they've reversed course again since then though.

If you email guest relations (just the standard contact email) they eventually get back with you. Sometimes if they have the recipe they will give it to you, but keep in mind it's often a mass recipe so you will have to cut it down. Other times, it's not made in house or they don't give it out, but it never hurts to ask!

Thanks for that info. I asked for one at Cape May a few weeks ago, and was surprised (and not in a good way) when they said the Chef wouldn't give it to me. But it's been several years since I've asked, so that explains it. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the recipe on any website I checked when I got home.
