I am really really trying to be understanding with CRO, but I swear they are driving me NUTS!!! 
I understand that they need my personal information... name, zip code, address, phone #, email addres, etc., every time I call, I'm getting use to that. (even though it bugs me) But now it's getting a little out of hand. The last 3 times I have called they have asked for the names and birthdates of my children before they will even check availability. I don't mind giving them the names and ages, but why do they need the exact birthdates??? And why do they keep asking me this everytime I call??? Are they going to be sending them birthday cards???? LOL
I swear I spend 5-10 minutes telling all this dang information every single dang time I call CRO when all I want are the dang rates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why can't they keep track of all this info in the computer system. That way when I call and give my name and zip code they can pull it all up, see what they need, and then check the rates. Doesn't that make more sense?? Wouldn't that cut down on these long call times (that of course are long distance).
