What happens? Say, DS and DDIL take DGD with them to a ride. Then, when they get there, suppose DGD doesn't quite make the height requirement. Will she get the opportunity to go instead on another FP+ ride (say, one that the Grandparents have FP+ for) or will she just lose the FP+, and end up with only two? We're wondering if we should book her 3 FP+s all for rides where height isn't an issue, just in case, since her height is 39 1/2" now.

Is she 39 1/2 with or without shoes?

If it is barefoot, she should be fine once she puts on her sneakers. I would also suggest riding the height restricted rides earliest to morning (studies show we are at our tallest in the morning since during the day our spines condense).

Also, practice at home. Teach her how to stand perfectly straight, to straighten her back and neck and level her head. Make sure she knows the goal is to touch to bar without lifting her feet. Tell her to "think tall"... it sounds silly but it makes a huge difference. Esp when kids are close to the mark and some seem to slouch or do not understand that in order to ride they have to touch the bar.

regarding the FP+... I have no idea what they do. I would hope they would allow you to use it on something else. Couldnt you just rebook it on the MDE app if she doesnt make the cut?? :confused3

You just change it on your phone to something else. Not a big deal. You can shift FP+ 100 times a day. :thumbsup2
