Has anyone used them to book a package? If so, is it a painless experience and is really that good a deal?

Ive used them in the past before I had an AP and would not hesitate to use them again if I had a need We never had any problems with them and when we used it they were a very good deal (an easy way to check- subtract the price of the disney tickets away from the package price then check online for the going rate of the hotel... )

We just returned from our 3rd Disneyland vacation booked with Getaway. They are awesome to deal with! You can get prices with or without tickets.

We stayed at the Coast Anaheim this time and got free parking since we booked with Getaway. Last year we stayed at the Ayres Inn and it included an incredible full breakfast buffet each day (free for Getaway guests). Prior to that we stayed at a Holiday Inn closer to Knotts.
