I just ordered some tickets through there.
How long does it take for them to ship?
Is it possible to track your order?


I placed my order on tuesday, and I still have no email saying my items have shipped or anything like on other websites.

Did you just order Disneyland tickets? I ordered ours about a month early back in December, and they sent a confirmation document in the mail (but no tickets, those would be picked up at the ticket booth at Disneyland). I ended up having to cancel those and reorder for our May trip. I did that 3 weeks before the start of the trip and didn't receive anything in the mail. I actually even forgot to take my printed email confirmation to the ticket booth with me, but I had no problems picking up the tickets. Just gave them my name and showed my ID.

Does that also apply to knott's berry farm tickets? I ordered the one that also includes the bus transportation, and I also ordered universal studios transportation tickets.

I would just give them a call and ask them. They are very very helpful. We have used them many times and they have actually saved my bacon a couple times when we forgot to bring our voucher.

The tickets we usualy pick up with the credit card we used to pay for them and an ID.

You can even go to their site and ask them to call you and they will.
