Getaway Today Dining Vouchers

I have bought these for our upcoming trip and was told to pick them up at the ticket booths. Has anyone else done this?
Did you have any problems getting these, using these and what did the voucher consist of? Is it a paper ticket for each meal?
It's our first time using these and I'm a bit confused as to how to collect and use them.

It is a receipt with the details. This is what you give the server when the meal is finished (except Plaza Inn...it is collected when you check in).

Now I'm wondering what to do if I bought the vouchers for more than one character meal, how do "give up" my voucher to the server?
