Get ready for more beer.

"Duff beer for me ... Duff beer for you... I'll have a duff .. you have one too!" Sorry Itchy and Scratchy land from the Simpsons instantly popped into my head at that. I just remember the IASW type beer ride where the water was duff beer.

I'm ready.

It's inevitable, beer will soon be in Magic Kingdom (outside of restaurants)

This legislation is not what kept beer out of the MK. All it does is officially say a beer company can sponsor things in theme parks now. I.E. Food and Wine can now be presented by Anheuser-Busch instead of Ocean Spray or Halloween Horror Nights can be sponsored by Bud Light. MK currently doens't have beer parks because Disney as a company has decided not to put them there.

Yeah I knew Disney just didn't want it there, but I feel as though as that might help push it. Who knows though.

In my best villian voice "excellent." I can't wait until InBev can start sponsoring rides in every country in Epcot!

I don't like alcohol in the parks, but that's just me. I don't mind it in certain Epcot restaurants, but it has become a problem. I went to the Food and Wine Festival last year, and it was the rowdiest I've seen the parks. Here's Walt's stance on it:

"No liquor, no beer, nothing. Because that brings in a rowdy element. That brings people that we don't want and I feel they don't need it. I feel when I go down to the park I don't need a drink. I work around that place all day and I don't have one. After I come out of a heavy day at the studio sometimes I want a drink to relax."

If they want to sell it, maybe they should bring back nightclubs like the Adventure Club in Disney Springs. That would be awesome. Just not the parks. People are angry enough sober, spending thousands of dollars to see the seven dwarfs for 15 seconds after waiting years to stand in line for two hours, lol.

Magic Kingdom is different from the other parks. Alcohol in all sense should not be sold in MK. But with Epcot, DHS and AK you get a different sense with the different cultural and vibe. I love walking World Showcase and trying different beers and drinks. And in AK they have some of the best beers in all of WDW at Harambe.

I agree with this mostly. I really don't mind it at the Table Service restaurants in Magic Kingdom, not many people are going to sit in Be Our Guest and get Hammered. But I would prefer if alcohol did not bleed out the Quick Services and kiosks. I probably wouldn't stop going because of it though, it's not that big a deal to me.

And yet he built club 33 out of popular demand for it.. personally, I find if you're out looking for rowdy people drinking too much and the negative things around you during your visit, you're not going to see much else and right now it's alcohol that you got caught up on. We all do it, it's our nature. That's not to say there isn't moments where it's more in your face and a problem.

I do like MK being mostly void of it as I feel it's more family, youth innocence themed and it's nice to have a place like that. Basically the reason walt made the parks in the first place. The rest of the parks, I dont' feel are themed like that and I don't mind it. You go on a trip to some of these places around the world and alcohol is a large part of the culture.

Keep the alcoholic beverages out of MK!
Limit the alcoholic beverages in World Showcase, makes sense at the festivals & restaurants in appropriate locations.
Magic Kingdom definitely not appropriate.
I don't need my family being around people who need to consume intoxicants to enjoy themselves. Because there's going to be those who are irresponsible.
Hollywood & Animal Kingdom, again restricted to appropriate locations.
