A few years ago, I got a sonic care flosser that was usually $80 for $40. Sadly since then, all I've seen, like a PP said, is junk. This year DH is hoping to find a sale on Bobby Flay pots and pans, ordinarily about $275. Better be a big sale!

I'm looking to replace our old folding sports chairs with new ones that have a canopy for shade and am hoping I'll find some. Also looking for some puppy items like extra stairs for the sofas and soft bedding for her crate, maybe even an extra woofie car seat so I don't need to keep moving it from car to car.

A few years back we picked up a robot vacuum and mop for a great deal.

we had one go in with a similar concerns raised about the location. it's not ended up to be quite the issue with traffic that locals anticipated b/c amazon looked at the traffic patterns and adjusted their employee shifts accordingly and seems to scheduale their massive trucks around peak traffic times as well. their next project is working with both the county and the state to take some of the property they aquired adjacent to the county road and their property which lends itself to create an entirely new highway exit that if dedicated exclusivly to the amazon property would entirely eliminate any of the increased traffic they have created.

Know your regular Amazon prices. I've seen things more expensive during Prime Deal Days then when the "sale" was not happening. I have gotten a decent deal on Amazon devices, though!

Pro tip: Put anything you are considering on your wish list and use the "notes" button to add a note to yourself with the current price. Check the Prime day price against that. Countless times I have had items that popped up at "50% off" and listed a retail price that had ben jacked up, making the sale price only a small discount. I have even had a couple of times where the sale price was actually higher than it was when I put it on my wish list (usually only by a few cents - but its the principle)

There are still some deals to be found but Prime Day is nothing like it was the first few years.

Good tip about the notes! Did not know about that! And I have had the same experience with prices being higher during Prime Days than prior.

I think Amazon is expecting this year's Prime Day to be their most successful. And people will most likely buy early Christmas gifts for kids and get good deals on electronics like TVs stereos Nintendo Switch 2 consoles video games and they will have deals on pet food and home decor. Because the way I see it when Prime Day is in July that's Amazon's target for shoppers especially with Christmas In July sales debuting and they repeat Prime Day in October to promote early Christmas gifts and early Black Friday-like deals. And other stores have copied Amazon's Prime Day like Walmart has. And you know why Amazon is so successful with each Prime Day

Very little on Prime days that is a better deal then during the year.

Some stuff in Amazon Fresh can be a very good deal.
I usually subscribe to some of the various movie channels for a month or two.
I have a few items Ill watch - but overall the last few years have been a waste of time unfortunately

No they will not have discounts on Switch 2 consoles since they just came out.
