Hey y'all...I haven't forgotten you! I should be able to update the first page on Wednesday. I've gotta deliver a kid back to college who came home for some knee surgery (torn ACL). Things get back to normal after that...

Adding 60 mins easy run. Scaling back was a good thing :) this was my first successful run since the race... More than two weeks ago! Recovery takes longer than I thought.

Ditto on the surgery comment, glad things are working out!

Well after being sick for several days I got back to the gym for an hour

Well it's been 20 days so I should probably post an update. Midterm season yuck. But I've been putting in my time last time I left off I was at 162/1860. Including today's 19 km run (11.8 miles) I need to add 671. which brings me up to 833/1860. 1027 to go. missed a few runs silly school. I hope to catch up by the end of the month but I dunno.

Adding 70 mins, 50 trail running and 20 strength. Nice and chilly today. Perfect weather to work up a sweat. ;)

45 mins weight training with Killer Kyle
40 mins recumbent bike on high resistance
30 mins walking to and from court and library

Brings me to 900/1200
 
1290/1600 Hmmm 300 minutes in a week. Think I can make it just with regular exercise routine. Plus this sub job ends tomorrow so that should give me some freedom!
