I'm at 1071/1600 heading into the weekend. I think DH wants to paint the house exterior this weekend. ugh If I help (we'll only get a little bit done) that should be some great calf work from the ladder as well as nice shoulder work from the brush!

Adding 60 mins x train. I really overdid it this week with weights and now I'm sore and dead legged, ugh. Tons of yard work to do though so that was a nice alternative the couple days I tapped out. Today I did the stationary bike and a few core exercises but nothing crazy. Hoping to find a nice balance this week to keep going.

In other news I'm doing our double digit dance. Called to pay down some of our trip and enjoyed chatting with a very chatty cast member named Angus. He was so nice! Been on the phone for a couple other issues this week, disney call was definitely the most fun. :)
 
60 mins walking on Saturday (we were shopping for a total of 9 hours, so I am claiming 60 for walking around the stores including a huge IKEA.

90 mins walking this morning, training for my next 1/2 marathon.

Brings me to 710/1200.
 
My kiddo's home from college for the weekend, we went for a nice 8.5 mile trail ride this morning.

Also, went for a walk.

need to average about 43 minutes a day to meet my goal. not impossible.
