Germany, Biergarten?

It's a buffet, so everyone eats at the same buffet. They have some kid friendly items. My DS9 who can be picky loves that buffet. And they have pretzel bread and whole apples on the dessert bar. My boys both love that.

Same buffet for everyone. As stated, there are kid friendly foods (called "comfort foods") on the buffet. Their chicken is pretty good, the pretzel rolls are excellent, the spatzel is nothing more than just bland noodles (although the Biergarten adds things to jazz it up a bit). The desserts are incredible. The best thing for kids here is the band and the dance floor. Lots of kids go out and work out some energy.

Be warned, though. This is a communal seating dining place. Which means you are seated at tables of eight and will share the table with others. You can interact with them as much or as little as you want. We went over Thanksgiving weekend and didn't really talk to the family of four at our table. We did talk to the mother/daughter duo seated across from us. Everyone had a great time, though.

We ate there in December. My 9 & 10 year olds did fine with it. There's a pretty good selection of 'normal' type foods for kids to enjoy.

There's a kids section on the buffet line. When we ate there, they had chicken nuggets, hot dogs and mac & cheese. My kids liked a lot of the regular stuff too. They had a yummy spaetzle with cheese and bacon.
