I have been thinking of pumpkin pie. How would it be if we mashed down say eggplant, and found a pumpkin flavoring (like vanilla) and ate it as a custard?Plus put in the cinnamon, etc. Use it as a custard pudding that may be a freebie too.
Im sure Robin will want to be the taste tester on this recipe!
Wonder if Jocelyn has a neutral low carb custard you could flavor.
I LOVE shoes too. My DH has bought me two pair of Jimmy Choo boots and sandals. I believe there is a cute pair of shoes for every outfit! Since I've been working at home, I've really cut down though, it's easier to go barefootin!
