Georiga Discounts?

We are coming to Universal in July and I was reading the "Loews Discount Forums" and someone said something about if you are a Georgia resident that you can get discounts on the hotel, or whatever like the Flordia residents do, is this true? If so how can I get this discount?..

Yes there is a GA residence discount, it is the same price as the FL discount. But there is not a code to look up the price online, you must call and ask them for it, also you must have proof of residency as in a state drivers lic, ID or something along those lines. HRH was 132. a night for us without tax garden view.

You can check the FL/GA resident rate online by typing in FLO in the promotional code field.

When I type the "FLO" discount thing in at the Loews website all I get is the same $249 per night rate. Also, if I wanted to book and used the Florida rate - What if I get there and they want a drivers licences from Florida?

I think the FLO rate is for both FL and GA residents. If the rate is coming up $249 then it means the discount is not available for your dates.

AT two and half wks out from our trip I was able to change my ressies from RPR to HRH because GA/Fl discounts became availble again so just keep checking daily and you might get lucky.
