Can an orthotic be worn in a Sketchers Go Walk?

I have the Go Walk 3 Pulse and I thought they were pretty comfy as is. But I added the Dr Scholl's gel insert and they are like walking on a cloud now. We are leaving for WDW tomorrow and I think my feet are ready! So yes, you can put orthitics in them, just have to leave the laces looser to allow room.

My Disney Crocs would be about the last shoes that I would pack. Never have gotten why they are so popular. I like the closed toe touring sandals. I have 2 different brands. But my New Balance walking shoes are also very good at the parks.

Amazing how everyone is so different.
I don't own sneakers and hate them so that would never work for me. We had no issues in the parks for a week in flip flops or crocs. I even wore heels for the evening in Epcot after a full day of walking in flip flops with zero blisters or pain. Tired? Sure. But no pain.

Everyone's feet are different.. I personally have worn flip flops in all the parks and never had a problem.. and recently purchased a pair of sketchers and they are so uncomfortable.. no arch support at all. I wore them for a couple of hours and couldn't walk.. my feet were so sore.

I like to go to a runners' shoe store and get fitted. Runners are hard on their feet too. So, I feel I get choices from road worthy shoes and smart fitting.

The runners' shoe stores here are also very liberal about returns. They have to be, because their athlete clients can be sidelined by the wrong shoes. I can try it out and bring it back.

Low risk, good product, good service usually net me the right shoe.

They also sell the non-cotton socks that don't rub blisters.

My feet still hurt. That amount of walking is tough on my feet. But, they're supported right, my back stays stable, and I don't get blisters.
