If genie+ is sold out for one park, can you buy the multi park Genie+ and use it in the sold out park?

No, if it's sold out at one park, it'll be sold out for multi, as well. If you don't have G+ multi prior to it selling out, you're not going to get G+ in the sold out park that day.

G+ sold out for a given park/multi-park does not mean a guest cannot enter that park; it simply means they cannot use G+ in that park.

In theory, yes! But in reality this will never happen unless there's a serious glitch in the system.

I agree! I just haven't seen single park sold out before multi-parks.
