They are going to be in a world of huge customer service hurt if they tell guests we can add Genie+ day of and then they restrict sales. We don’t want to pay for Genie+ for every day of our 10 day ticket but we definitely want to have it for some. Thanks for sharing your experience!When I called I told her I have a 2 day ticket and park reservations and I’m not able to add it online. We are going right before Xmas and parks are sold out of reservations when we go. At first she started by telling me some days there are not enough tickets- because of crowd levels.
She said we are tying to make sure our guests have a good experience and with the holidays- guests don’t just want 1 or 2 passes and that has been happening. I told her I’d take the gamble. So she added for me manually. She said they are trying to come up with a solution with this being so new. I work in customer service and I feel like she was being honest- just my 2 cents
