Genie Issue Military Ticket Not Disney Salute

We have (3) military tickets bought 2 years ago so no expiration date. We got Genie+ to work on (2) of the tickets. The other ticket only says re-assign under it. There was no option to add Genie. I spent over an hour this morning with ITT before and after heading to HS today. They could not explain why the cast member kept saying I would have to upgrade to a 4 day park hopper. I told him no way I was doing that . Guest Experience finally got Genie added today for today only.

Does anyone know why it may have done this? I don’t want the same thing g to happen tomorrow at MK.

1. Which cast member? On the phone?
2. & 3. You didn't say what are the assets (days, etc.) of the ticket that you DO HAVE.

5. Only a guess, so, no.
6. Let's hope that the CM who got it to work for today either "fixed" it,
or at least attached a note to your file so the next CM can correct the problem.
