Genie+ for Group Question

If I can get LL for our group of 12 at hour 1 for something and only 10 of us check in, will I have to wait the full 2 hours to get the whole group LL again? (For example, we plan on everyone going and once we get there one of the kids doesn't want to go, or one of the adults for that matter.) We are trying to stay as a group much of the time and I will be point person on the Genie+. Just wondering if I should basically just be planning on 2-hour increments instead of the check-in strategy? Any experience with this scenario?

The 10 of you will be eligible for your next LL right away. In fact, just cancel the LL for the hypothetical 2 who decide not to ride, and all 12 of you will be eligible right away (assuming this is your most recently booked LL that you have just double-tapped into).

Thanks. For some reason I didn't think of cancelling the "unused" LL. Hopefully that will work!
