Chapek talked a lot about it today in the earnings call. Sounds like it’s pretty close to being launched.
Seems like it’s been a long time since they brought it up.

Its been brought up several times over the last few months. Nothing as definitive as today, but its definitely been mentioned.

I always got the impression they announced it too early and then were planning on letting Covid give it a quiet death.

I’m thinking it will be a replacement to MDE and it’s basic functionality however you can pay for an “enhanced” subscription either yearly/monthly/per trip that will allow for three “free” fastpasses per day and options to pay more for additional ones

I didn't really follow along with it when it was first announced, but looked into it more after todays earnings call. In terms of optimizing plans for the day, on the fly changes, and lowest wait forecaster.. it seems like a touring plans replacement? Obviously they'll be able to offer guests something TP can't, up sells for shorter waits..

Yes, that seems like a very accurate take away. I’m sure there will be lots of things that are good about it. But it is 100% the gateway into instant gratification up charges.
