Genie + and family staying off property

My family of four will be traveling to WDW with grandparents. My family is staying at AKL. The grandparents are staying off property. I want to be able to use Genie plus and individual LL for all of us. I plan on adding the. to my family and friends in the app.

Will I be able to purchase ILL at 7:00 for all guests or only my family staying on property?

Will I be able to book lightening lanes for all of us at 7:00 or will we have to wait until park opening?

You should be able to purchase G+ and book LL at 7AM for the entire family, as long as they have tickets (and a park reservation, if required - depending when you go), and they're properly set up in your F&F. You'll only be able to get ILL at 7AM for those staying on the AKL reservation. The rest will need to wait until park opening.
