I can weigh in.
Previous poster is correct - only the CM will be able to see the Main Gate and Guest Passes, only on her account. Unfortunately, there is no way to connect the passes to a magic band or another
MDE account - they'll only show up in her account, and you can only use the physical guest pass cards to enter the park or access Lightning Lanes (unless you can do it with your phone...I haven't done it.)
If she is staying on site with you (or you can add her to your reservation), she'll be able to book your park reservations for your entire stay by selecting the same option as an Annual Passholder with a hotel reservation from MDE. (Obviously, as long as the hotel reservation shows up in her MDE profile.)
Each day, she can purchase
Genie+ for your entire party, just like regular tickets, except that she's the only one who can manage the account. Depending on the relationship, you might want to log into her account through the app, if you're close enough to share passwords (for example, my sister just logs into mine so she can see everything with the guest passes).
One thing to be aware of, however, is that you will NOT be able to book ILL at 7am on the guest passes - only the CM themselves can book it before park opens. Once you get into the park, you'll want to visit a Guest Experiences rep ASAP to add the additional guest passes to that window. They'll be able to make the adjustment as long as there are still ILL windows open - at least in September, they weren't able to add them if they were sold out for the day. (In other words, they can adjust the times so everyone has the same return window, but they can't help if the ILL sells out.)
