Hi. I'm new to sailing on the Wonder and I have a few questions.

On which deck do you get on and off? 4?

Is there an outdoor deck where you can run laps? I know we ran on the Fantasy

The fitness area, is there a fee to use it? Can my 16yo run on the treadmills there with or without me?

Best places to hang out to watch the scenery?

Thanks!

Yes, you can run on deck 4.
No fee for gym, but you must be at least 18 to use it.

Deck 4 has some lounge chairs around and its covered great place to sit and relax and watch the ocean.

Best places to hang out to watch the scenery? - outside outlook (forward deck 10), froward, in front of sports area (deck 10) both these are open air, Deck 4 on a lounge chair (under covering), but I choose our own veranda, if we are lucky to score one.

Just off the Wonder. When you initially get on it's 4 but when you are in port you get on and off on deck 1.

Interesting. On our first cruise on the Wonder last Sept that left from Vancouver, embarkation day was on deck 3 as was debarkation in San Diego.

I'm so glad you posted this, I thought I was going crazy. I was sure it was deck 3 but that cruise was 8 months ago and the memory isn't what it used to be!!

Just went on the wonder on May 15. Departed from San Diego and we used deck 3 to embark and debark.

I remember getting on the Wonder May 1 I think on Deck 4. Getting off at the end I think was Deck3. Getting on and off at ports in between was deck 1.

I think Miami port is different and that is why it is. Deck 4, it is port dependent

Cozumel, Cartagena, Puerto Vallarta were all deck 1. Cabo used tenders. Not sure what deck that was?

There is no fee for the fitness center, however as some else said, it is only for 18 year and older.

But the Vibe teen club usually has an hour at the fitness center in the evening. I think the activity is called "Pump it" or similar. You will need to check the Navigator for it. I would also recommend that your 16-year old signs up for Vibe on the first day and asks the counsellors about it. They should be able to tell him when that activity is planned.
