General TS hours question

I am planning our first family trip and trying to figure out which ADRS to go for in a couple of weeks. If breakfast is listed as from 8-10:30, (Tusker House) does that mean the last ADR time available is 10:30, or they stop serving breakfast at 10:30?? I would like to go to AK on a EMH morning and have a couple hours to get in some rides, then do breakfast.
Any help appreciated!!

I had a breakfast ressie at Tusker House at 10:25 once and at that time, they just stopped taking any more ressies. All the food was still available until I left, about 11:20. I liked the late breakfast time, because it got quieter and it was easier to visit with the characters as time went on.
