Like did anybody else think the episodes were way to short. They didn't even have time to character build most episodes.

This is one of my biggest complaints. Some of the episodes were 30 minutes. That’s ok when you have 22 episode seasons! Not okay when you’re trying to do a mystery show with 8 episodes. I really dislike that aspect of streaming in general. Shows used to follow a set format in regards to script; now, it feels like most streaming shows get written as a long movie that’s broken up at random places.

The Acolyte needed more episodes to properly tell the story it wanted to tell. The 8 episode streaming season did not work for this series. I think a more typical cable season of 13-16 episodes would have worked better.

I think it’s perfectly acceptable to not want Lucasfilm to waste money on very expensive ($180 Million) and poorly done shows in favor for something better that could return the franchise to its rightful place as a juggernaut in the entertainment arena. Not even in the top 10 of streaming shows is not where a Star Wars project should land, it’s freaking Star Wars for heavens sake.

I can't trust Jude Law after his role in Captain Marvel.

I hope this show is appropriate for younger kids. I'd love to watch it with my then-five year old. He's shown more interest in live action stuff lately but none of the D+ shows are in the right age range for him.

It had been anounced that Jude Law was in it. I'm more excited for a little kid Max Rebo alien!

Skeleton Crew looks like fun... I will check it out. I like Jude Law and am excited to see mini Max in action

He might be a little too old for it, but Young Jedi Adventures is a fun kid-friendly Star Wars show.

We like that one! He’s not super into it though, he likes other Disney Junior shows more. He does know a lot of the Star Wars characters and we took him to see TPM on May 4. It was a little long for him, but I think a TV show would be the perfect length. And I know he’ll love watching other kids. So

Star Wars Goonies/Stranger Things is just fine by me. Star Wars should have a fun element to it and some adventure. Someone else said it looks like Star Wars' Flight of the Navigator. Definitely down for that.

The planned Lando series with Donald Glover on Disney+ has been cancelled. Bit of a shame but honestly I want stories like Skeleton Crew than revisiting prequel and OT characters.

I thought Glover did a great job as a young Lando and would have liked to have seen more of him, but I would have preferred a follow-up movie to Solo and not a series focuesed solely on him. Hopefully if they ever do have call for the character at that age again then we can see him again.

I would have been happy with a Lando Han buddy movie, or a young Lando series. I also still want a short film of Lando buying capes that includes a montage of him trying on various capes.

that's disappointing....I wasn't totally sure how Glover would develop it all, but I was still looking forward to it, and had hoped for some more crossover w Han Solo. I very, very much wish they'd done another Solo movie, more of their adventures.....

If they ever started doing Special Presentations like Marvel then I wouldn't say no to an Alden Han and Donald Lando one-off adventure. I still want my Crimson Dawn Qi'ra and Maul follow up show though. And I know it'll never happen but I'd give anything for a live action Doctor Aphra show.

ooh, that would be awesome!! DH would love ANY thing with Qi-ra, as long as Emilia Clarke is playing her.....I'd take an animated show for that , Doctor Aphra too.

oh heck yeah, I would LOVE this. I am actually surprised no one has attempted the continuation of this story. Given how popular Maul is, he was so fun in Rebels

If Solo had done better we would have seen it. I do think though that Qi'ra's story as head of Crimson Dawn is picked up on in some of the comics or novels. The quality of those can vary wildly though.
